Welcome to Migo Language Playground ("Migo", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Migo mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Parental Consent

Migo is designed for children under 13 years of age and is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian ("Parent"). By using the App, you represent that you are a Parent and that you consent to your child's use of the App in accordance with these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Reproduce, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Audio recordings in the App are professionally produced and commercially licensed to Migo Language Playground. All other content — including text, animations, and the overall design and arrangement of the App — is owned by Migo Language Playground. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any App content without our prior written consent.

5. Parent Features and Accounts

Some parts of the App are intended for parents, including parental controls, progress tools, support features, and optional Sign in with Apple. If you choose to use a parent account feature, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any parent credentials used with the App.

6. Availability & Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Migo Language Playground and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle device-local data, analytics, crash reporting, optional parent sign-in, and support inquiries. We are committed to complying with COPPA, GDPR, and other applicable child-privacy laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Migo Language Playground operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
